Blue-green Mountains
Sheer crags press forward as blue‑green layers breathe between sea mist and pines; a small cliffside compound flickers into view—solemn and vast.
Layered blue‑green mineral pigments are glazed over a firm ink skeleton, the rock faces built with clear texturing so their ridges and veins carry the mass of the cliffs. A towering peak descends diagonally from the upper right and is balanced by broad reserves of mist at the left and below; a thread of waterfall runs through the ravine, leading the eye to a faint compound on the ledge and a winding path. Dense pines, formed by clustered dots and long sweeping strokes, gather into dark masses, while foliage at the foot shifts from blue‑green to touches of red—cool and warm in counterpoint—lending the heights a lucid, solemn air.
